Job summary

The Blues Kitchen in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team, delivering dishes to spec and keeping your station ready for service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain quality and pace, cooking American comfort food with consistency and attention to detail while training junior chefs. Competitive pay and lively service await.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Experience cooking classic, flavour-led food.
• Confident running a section in a busy kitchen.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

• Run a section during prep and service, delivering dishes to spec every time.
• Prepare fresh ingredients and keep your section organised and service-ready.
