Soho House Banbury is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. You will prepare food before service, set up stations, and plate to our standards while maintaining a professional attitude.

Ideal applicants have up to 2 years in a busy venue, a passion for food, enjoy working in a team, and are flexible with shifts including weekends. The role offers training, development and strong staff benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue.
• Passion for food and strong desire to learn and grow.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Plating food to company guidelines and high standards.
• Ensure mise en place is completed before service.
• Maintain professionalism and teamwork in a busy kitchen.
• Support junior team members and guide through training.
• Assist in team meals and respect dietary needs.
• Assist with deep cleaning of the kitchen and proper storage of items.
