The Radstone Hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its kitchen brigade and manage a specific section under senior chefs. You will prepare dishes to recipes, ensuring high standards of presentation and hygiene, while supporting the wider team at RAD Hotel Group venues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant or hotel environment.
• Professional cookery qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• A strong passion for food and eagerness to learn and develop your culinary skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Good communication skills and a strong team-player attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent results.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage a section of the kitchen.
• Execute dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor stock levels for your section and assist with ordering and rotation.
• Support and guide Commis Chefs and junior team members.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace at all times.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
