Soho House in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. You will prepare food before service, set up stations, plate to standards, and assist junior team members while maintaining health and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Passion for food and high levels of service.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude in a busy kitchen.
• Culinary qualification is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Plating food according to company guidelines and high standards.
• Ensure mis en place is completed before service.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Attend regular meetings with FOH/BOH and participate in tastings.
• Support junior team members through guidance and collaboration.
• Assist in preparation of team meals and accommodate dietary needs.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning and teamwork.
• Assist with deep cleaning of kitchen before close.
• Wrap unused items and store properly after service.
