Soho House is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join our renowned kitchen team in the United Kingdom. You will prepare, cook, and present dishes to exceptional standards, supporting the Sous and Head Chef during busy service periods.

A strong focus on hygiene, allergy compliance, and training will help develop junior staff and ensure consistency across sections. The role offers progression, ongoing training, and a range of benefits through Soho House.

Competenze

• 2+ years' experience in a busy kitchen.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Mansioni

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards within your section.
• Support Sous Chef and Head Chef during service.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, allergies, and health policies.
• Own mise en place and prep tasks for service readiness.
• Assist in training Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs de Partie.
