Job summary

Soho House in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. You will prepare food before service, set up stations and plate to the highest standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue, a passion for food, strong teamwork and good food safety awareness. We offer weekly pay, team meals, staff discounts, health/dental plans and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Culinary qualification (NVQ Level 1/2) is a plus but not essential.
• Passion for food and attention to detail.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Plating food according to company guidelines and high standards.
• Ensuring mise en place is completed before service.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met.
• Attend regular meetings with front and back of house teams.
• Support junior team members through guidance and collaboration.
• Assist in preparation of team meals considering dietary needs.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning and teamwork.
• Assist with deep cleaning of the kitchen before close.
• Wrap unused items and store them properly after service.
