Butcombe Boutique Inns in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chef De Partie to join a fast-paced kitchen whereyou'll lead a designated section, deliver high-quality, freshly produced dishes, and align with the Head Chef's direction to uphold menu standards.

The role focuses on consistent food quality, presentation, and speed of service, with responsibilities for stock rotation, portion control, hygiene, and supporting the wider team.

Qualifications

• Passion for cooking and high culinary standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Previous Chef De Partie experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Running a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day service and consistent high standards
• Preparing and cooking high-quality, freshly produced dishes in line with the menu and Head Chef direction
• Delivering excellent food quality, presentation, and speed of service to consistently exceed guest expectations
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during service, including stepping up when required to ensure a seamless operation
• Managing your section’s performance, including portion control, stock rotation, and minimising waste to support gross profit targets
• Maintaining exceptional standards of food hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and personal presentation at all times
• Supporting stock management, ordering, and routine kitchen documentation in line with procedures
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team, following company standards and bringing a positive, can-do attitude to every shift
