• Running a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day service and high standards.
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with the menu and Head Chef direction.
• Delivering excellent food quality, presentation, and speed of service to exceed guest expectations.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during service to ensure a seamless operation.
• Managing your section’s performance, including portion control, stock rotation, and minimising waste to support gross profit targets.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
• Supporting stock management, ordering, and routine kitchen documentation.
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team and following company standards.
