Job summary

The Carnarvon Arms is a busy Pub, Restaurant & Hotel near Highclere Castle in Newbury, looking for a Chef de Partie to join our hands-on kitchen team. You will work closely with the Head Chef to prepare quality, fresh dishes and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy service.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Passion to deliver fantastic food every time.
• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in every service.
• Help manage GP and labour through effective planning and organising.
