Job summary

The Bath Brew House, Bath, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen behind our on-site micro brewery. You will work under the Head Chef, delivering quality fresh food for a vibrant pub environment.

You should be hands-on, creative, and collaborative, with a passion for training and developing dishes for daily specials while controlling cost and GP. We offer a supportive team, staff discounts, and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Existing Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef seeking next step with a passion for quality fresh food.
• Willingness to learn, be an active team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials, with planning to control GP and labour.

Responsibilities

• Champion excellent service through quality food.
• Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food every time.
• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
