Job summary

The Castle, Islington is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will work under the Head Chef to deliver high‑quality British pub dishes with a fresh twist, in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Existing Chef de Partie or strong commis chef seeking next step.

Responsibilities

• Champion excellent service through quality food.
• Deliver fantastic food every time.
• Hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor alongside Head Chef.
• Show willingness to learn new skills and be an active team player in the kitchen.
• Help design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Demonstrate planning and organisational skills to control GP and labour.
• Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams.
