The White Bear is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen, bringing passion for fresh, quality dishes in a welcoming pub setting. You will work under the Head Chef, delivering menus and daily specials with consistency and flair.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef seeking to progress.
• Passion for delivering quality, fresh food in a welcoming environment.
• Willingness to learn, be an active team player with strong communication.
• Ability to design and deliver new dishes with Head Chef guidance.
• Good planning to maintain GP and labour controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu dishes to spec with freshness and consistency.
• Support Head Chef in menu development and daily specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front of house teams to drive sales.
• Show initiative and creativity in presenting dishes.
