The White Hart, Barnes, on the banks of the Thames, is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team. You will support the Head Chef in delivering seasonal British dishes and maintaining high standards, in a welcoming pub setting.

Qualifications

• Experienced CDP or strong Commis Chef seeking next step.
• Passion for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.
• Willing to learn, be an active team player with clear communication.
• Willingness to develop both kitchen and front-of-house collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Champion excellent service through quality food.
• Deliver fantastic dishes consistently.
• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Learn new skills and communicate effectively with the team.
• Help design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Maintain controls for GP and labour with strong planning and organisation.
• Drive sales and growth through kitchen and front-of-house engagement.
