Qualifications

• Must have a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills are essential.
• Previous kitchen experience at Chef De Partie level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to menu standards and portion guidelines.
• Ensure Mise-en-place is completed and ready for service.
• Supervise your section and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
• Follow daily/weekly procedures including temperature checks and proper storage.
• Monitor stock levels and flag shortages to senior chefs.
