Job summary

The Mill in Cambridge is a renowned riverside pub serving quality, fresh food with a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and contribute to menu development and daily specials.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong progression as Commis Chef
• Passion for fresh, quality food and high service standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a busy kitchen

Responsibilities

• Work as a hands-on Chef de Partie / kitchen supervisor
• Collaborate with Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and daily specials
• Maintain GP and labour controls with strong planning and organisation
• Drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Support continuous learning and adoption of culinary techniques
