Station Tavern Cambridge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a busy, fresh-food kitchen in Cambridge. This role offers clear progression, intensive training, and exposure to evolving daily specials within a welcoming team environment.

Qualifications

• Existing CDP or ambitious Commis Chef seeking next step with a passion for fresh food
• Ability to deliver quality food and service
• Hands-on chef de partie / kitchen supervisor with good communication
• Willingness to learn new skills, active team player with excellent communication
• Creativity to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials
• Strong planning and organisational skills to maintain GP and labour controls
• Pro-active approach to driving sales and growth through kitchen/front of house engagement
