Note: This role is contracted for 49 weeks per year.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to standards and specifications, following food safety procedures
  • Complying with all health & safety standards, including food information and safety checks
  • Managing a section of the kitchen to required standards
  • Training and directing kitchen staff and assistants
  • Properly storing food to minimize waste
  • Processing food orders and managing deliveries
  • Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens and work areas
  • Using machinery and equipment correctly
  • Supporting effective food service delivery with additional tasks as needed
