The Beach House, part of Hall & Woodhouse Limited, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie / Section Chef / Line Chef to join a thriving coastal kitchen near Lymington. You’ll be hands-on, confident running a section, ensuring consistent presentation, food safety and allergen controls while delivering a superb dining experience

Qualifications

• Hands-on Chef de Partie with a passion for consistent presentation.
• Trained in food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Confident in running a section and maintaining high standards.
• Experience in a busy kitchen and able to hit the ground running.
