Job summary

Sensational Ship, Weymouth Harbour, part of Hall & Woodhouse, is seeking a hands-on Chef de Partie/Section Chef or Line Chef to join our busy kitchen. Live-in accommodation is available, and you will enjoy a competitive £14.00 per hour plus tips and 60% off meals on shift.

Qualifications

• CDP, Section Chef or Line Chef with hands-on experience.
• Experience in a busy kitchen with high service levels.
• Trained in food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Ability to work to spec, maintain consistency and presentation.
• Flexible to work 5 days on, 2 days off and adapt to kitchen needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to spec and ensure consistent quality.
• Manage a kitchen section and support fellow chefs during peak service.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and allergen controls at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a high standard of service during busy periods.
