SSP is hiring a Chef de Partie for BrewDog at Waterloo Station in London. Evening shifts and weekend availability are required for this part-time role.

You will lead a fast-paced kitchen, supervise staff, and ensure hygiene and quality standards are met. The team benefits from SSP’s training and development programs, and employees enjoy various discounts.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or over for certain tasks or shifts.
• Hands-on chef who leads by example and keeps cool under pressure.
• Experience in high-volume kitchen roles is desirable.
• Ability to lead and supervise the kitchen.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the kitchen.
• Assist with administration for the kitchen, including hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets and cleanliness records.
• Support the Manager in recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
• Maintain high culinary standards while delivering excellence in every dish.
• Lead and rally the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Pay Rate: £13.73 per hour

We have Part Time roles available.

Shift times are between 8:30am and 6pm - Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Due to some responsibilities within theChef de Partierole, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Lead and supervise the kitchen.
• Assist with all administration for the kitchen, ensuring that it is completed according to all deadlines, including food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets and cleanliness records.
• Support the Manager in the recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
• Maintain the highest culinary standards whilst delivering excellence in every dish.
• At Least one years’ experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role is desirable.
