Job summary

SSP at Bristol Airport is hiring a Chef de Partie to lead sections in a busy cabin bar kitchen. The role offers an hourly rate of £15.60 with an extra £1.50 for midnight-6am shifts, plus service charges, and a supportive team environment.

You will work 11:00 to 23:00, across weekdays and weekends, with no split shifts and a focus on balance. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen, references, and eligibility to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Must be 18+ to perform certain tasks or shifts.
• Experience in a high-volume kitchen is desirable.

CHEF DE PARTIE - CABIN BAR, BRISTOL AIRPORT

Pay Rate: £15.60 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earnan extra £1.50 per hourfor hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing yourrate of pay to£17.10 per hour.

You will also receive additional service charge!

ABOUT YOU:

ABOUT THE CHEF DE PARTIE ROLE:

• Lead and supervise the kitchen.
• Assist with all administration for the kitchen, ensuring that it is completed according to all deadlines, including food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets and cleanliness records.
• Support the Manager in the recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
• Maintain the highest culinary standards whilst delivering excellence in every dish.
• At Least one years’ experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role is desirable.
