SSP Group is hiring a Chef de Partie at Stansted Airport, Camden Bar & Kitchen. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced kitchen, with hours from 2am to 11pm and flexible weekday/weekend shifts.

Pay starts at £15.60 per hour, with an extra £1.50 per hour for hours between midnight and 6am, bringing the rate to £17.10 per hour. Applicants should be hands-on, able to lead by example, and oversee kitchen administration, hygiene records, stocktakes, and team recruitment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on chef who keeps cool under pressure.
• Leads by example and supervises the kitchen.
• Experience leading a high-volume kitchen is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the kitchen.
• Assist with administration for the kitchen (food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets, cleanliness).
• Support the Manager in recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
• Maintain high culinary standards and deliver excellence in every dish.

Pay Rate: £15.60 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra£1.50 per hourfor hours worked betweenmidnightand6AM,bringing your rate of pay to£17.10 per hour.

Hours of operation are 2am to 11pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• You thrive under pressure, love a challenge, and can rally a kitchen behind you.
• A hands-on chef who keeps cool, stays positive, and leads by example.
• Due to some responsibilities within theChef de Partierole, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Lead and supervise the kitchen.
• Assist with all administration for the kitchen, ensuring that it is completed according to all deadlines, including food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets and cleanliness records.
• Support the Manager in the recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
• Maintain the highest culinary standards whilst delivering excellence in every dish.
• At Least one years’ experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role is desirable.
