Job summary

SSP UK & Ireland is seeking a Chef de Partie at Camden Bar & Kitchen, Stansted Airport. You will lead and supervise the kitchen team during fast-paced shifts, ensuring consistent high standards and timely service.

Applicants should have previous kitchen experience and be comfortable working flexible hours from 2am to 11pm. The role offers £17.10 per hour (including the late-night incentive) with opportunities for development within SSP's award-winning training programs.

• 18+ age for certain shifts.
• Experience in high-volume kitchens desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the kitchen.
• Assist with administration for the kitchen (food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets, cleanliness).
• Support the Manager in recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
• Maintain high culinary standards and deliver excellence in every dish.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar high-volume kitchen preferred.

CHEF de PARTIE - STANSTED AIRPORT, CAMDEN BAR & KITCHEN

Please Note Previous Kitchen Experience Is Required.

£17.10 per hour.

Hours of operation are 2am to 11pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Pay Rate: £15.60 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6AM, bringing your rate of pay to £17.10 per hour.

• Due to some responsibilities within theChef de Partierole, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE CHEF De PARTIE ROLE

• Lead and supervise the kitchen.

• At Least one years’ experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role is desirable.
