Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present breakfast dishes to the highest standards.
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Contribute ideas for menu improvements and guest experiences.
  • Ensure mise en place is completed and stations are kept organised and efficient.
  • Help train and support junior team members.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service.
