Fuller’s Group is offering a Chef de Partie Apprenticeship designed for those at Commis Chef level who want to advance their skills and responsibilities. You’ll train in all aspects of food preparation while gaining an insight into lively kitchens across the South of England, with one day per week at college and four days a week paid in our restaurants or hotels.

We provide mentorship from Head Chefs, a strong support network, and opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Commis Chef Standard or Level 2 Professional Cookery (NVQ) or equivalent.
• 2 years relevant experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
