The Oystercatcher is a contemporary bar and restaurant with comfy accommodation overlooking Polzeath Beach, where you’ll work in a scenic pub and kitchen. We’re seeking an ambitious Chef to join our team, cooking with locally sourced produce to delight guests and ensuring each dish meets precise specifications.

You’ll work alongside passionate people in a fast-paced environment, with great training and opportunities to progress, and enjoy perks including live-in accommodation and meal provisions

The Oystercatcher is a contemporary bar and restaurant with comfy accommodation that enjoys an enviable outlook over Polzeath Beach and out to sea, from both inside and across its spectacular al fresco space.

You'll be working at a scenic pub that’s popular among families, couples, and surfers seeking a delicious bite to eat following a session on the waves or a day out exploring Cornwall’s dramatic north coast.

Join our talented kitchen team and you'll be working alongside passionate people, cooking with locally sourced produce to provide quality food that delights our guests.As a chef you will work as a team ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met.
