The Oystercatcher is a contemporary bar and restaurant in Polzeath offering a scenic, coastal work setting with live-in options. We are seeking an enthusiastic Head Chef to lead a kitchen team, cooking with locally sourced produce to delight guests after surf or seaside adventures.

• Lead the kitchen team and oversee front of house and back of house operations.
• Maintain product knowledge and daily operations in a busy kitchen.
• Understand budgets and contribute to achieving sales targets.

You’ll be working at a scenic pub that’s popular among families, couples, and surfers seeking a delicious bite to eat following a session on the waves or a day out exploring Cornwall’s dramatic north coast.
