The Oystercatcher, Polzeath, a contemporary bar and restaurant with comfy accommodation, offers an enviable outlook over Polzeath Beach and out to sea. We’re seeking a Weekend Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team to serve guests after a wave or day out along Cornwall’s dramatic north coast.

You’ll be well supported by a passionate team, working to high standards and providing quality food. This weekend role suits an early riser in a friendly pub environment.

Qualifications

• Weekend role covering Saturdays and Sundays.
• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and ensure high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver top quality standards every time.
• Maintain practical knowledge across all aspects of busy kitchen life.

You’ll be working at a scenic pub that’s popular among families, couples, and surfers seeking a delicious bite to eat following a session on the waves or a day out exploring Cornwall’s dramatic north coast.

Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people to provide quality food that delights our guests.As a Chef you will work as a team ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met.
