The Oystercatcher in Polzeath is looking for an enthusiastic Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen team in a scenic coastal pub setting. You’ll work with locally sourced produce to create quality dishes that delight guests after a beach day or surf session.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic Head Chef with experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to cook with locally sourced produce to deliver quality food.
• Strong organisational skills and leadership in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Front the Kitchen and Back of House Team, delivering a high-quality food offering.
• Lead, train and motivate junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency.
• Ensure budgets and sales targets are understood and contribute to meeting them.
