St Austell Brewery’s Oystercatcher in Polzeath is seeking an ambitious Chef to join a coastal pub and restaurant team. You’ll work with locally sourced produce in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing dishes to exact specs and maintaining high standards.

The Oystercatcher is a contemporary bar and restaurant with comfy accommodation that enjoys an enviable outlook over Polzeath Beach and out to sea, from both inside and across its spectacular al fresco space.

You’ll be working at a scenic pub that’s popular among families, couples, and surfers seeking a delicious bite to eat following a session on the waves or a day out exploring Cornwall’s dramatic north coast.

Are you an ambitious Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, cooking with locally sourced produce to provide quality food that delights our guests. As a chef you will work as a team ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met.
