As a Chef de Partie, your focus will be to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading a culinary team that provides a nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality culinary service, contributing to the overall wellbeing of the residents. Key responsibilities include preparing nutritional food and beverages, supporting cost-effective stock control, and collaborating with the management team to develop and review the menu.
