We are currently recruiting for a key kitchen role within a prestigious 4-star hotel with an outstanding restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Chef de Partie to develop their skills within a high‑quality, award‑winning culinary team.

Chef de Partie

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to take responsibility for a designated kitchen section, ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality dishes while maintaining exceptional hygiene and kitchen standards. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and career progression within the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, preparing dishes to the highest standard of quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Ensure all working areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Follow recipes, portion control guidelines, and plating specifications accurately.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff where required.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen during service.
• Adhere strictly to HACCP, COSHH, and all health & safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of personal and team cleanliness at all times.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities to progress within the kitchen team.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and cleaning procedures in a professional kitchen.

Benefits

• Holiday: 30 days per year, including compensation for working bank holidays.
