Searcys has an exciting new venue opening in one of London's most iconic, historic spaces this year and is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team at our Private Members Club.
Role Overview
Working as a Chef de Partie for Searcys requires you to be an ambassador for the brand, delivering memorable food experiences for our Private Members Club at the National Gallery. You will support the Sous/Head Chef in daily operations and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Location & Collaboration
The role is based in the newly refurbished Sainsbury's wing at The National Gallery, in collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Giorgio Locatelli.

Salary: £16.25/hour
Contract: Zero hours
Working days: 5 over 7 days
Gallery hours: 10-6, Fridays 10-9
