We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team of supervisors within Culinary Services at Rosewood London. Our Chefs de Partie are entrusted with efficiently leading sections within the kitchen and directly report to the Junior Sous Chef.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring food safety and health and safety regulations are respected at all times.
  2. Overseeing food wastage and food quality to maintain profit margins without compromising standards.
  3. Supervising and developing Demi Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs.
  4. Assisting the Sous Chef in developing menus and workflows.
  5. Proactively planning ahead and managing section orders.

Profile:

  1. Ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships.
  2. Organized and efficient in managing responsibilities.
  3. Capable of leading a kitchen in high-pressure environments and developing team members.
  4. Experience in producing high-quality food in an upscale environment.
