Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Chef de Partie for a luxury hotel near Oakham in Rutland. You will support the Head Chef, work in a Rosette-standard kitchen using fresh, local ingredients, and prepare meals for restaurant, bar and functions.

The role offers a 40-hour week with overtime and live-in accommodation. You should already be a Chef de Partie, able to work unsupervised, with a strong eye for detail and experience in AA Rosette standard kitchens.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 1AA Rosette kitchen or equivalent in a busy operation.
• Able to work unsupervised with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience handling fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef and run service in their absence.
• Prepare and plate meals for restaurant, bar and functions.
• Work in a Rosette-standard kitchen using fresh, local ingredients.

Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their busy hotel near Oakham in Rutland. They are looking for Chef who has experience of working at AA Rosette standard in a busy fresh food operation. You will support the Head & Chef in the running of service and will prepare meals for the restaurant, bar and functions. The role is 40 hours a week with overtime paid. Live in can be provided.
