The Coach and Horses in Barnes is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a welcoming, family-like team. This role offers part-time or seasonal work in a traditional British pub setting with opportunities for internal progression through development programmes.

You will work under the Head Chef, delivering high-quality dishes, assisting with menu development, and staying hands-on in a busy kitchen while nurturing strong front-of-house collaboration.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step, who has a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food.
• Demonstrates a passion to deliver fantastic food every time.
• Active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor with good communication and teamwork.

The Coach and Horses on Barnes high street is a traditional British pub, with a large beer garden perfect for hot summer days.
