Job summary

Huntsman seeks an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will work hands-on under the Head Chef, delivering high-quality dishes and contributing to the development of new menus and daily specials.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step, who has a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work with kitchen and front of house teams.

Responsibilities

• Work as a hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Contribute to designing and delivering new dishes for menus and daily specials.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and kitchen organisation, including GP and labour controls.

• Demonstrate great planning and organisationalskills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP andlabour
• Have a pro-active approach to driving sales anddelivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of houseteams
