Job summary

The Bull Bracknell busca un Chef de Partie para una jornada parcial de 16 a 20 horas semanales. Se requiere experiencia mínima de 2 años y pasión por preparar comida fresca en un entorno acogedor.

Ofrecen desarrollo interno, Masterclasses, comidas gratuitas y beneficios como descuentos, plan de pensiones y 28 días de vacaciones. Colaborarás con el Head Chef para diseñar y trabajar nuevas recetas y mantener controles de GP y mano de obra.

Qualifications

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años requerida.
• Buscamos un Chef de Partie existente o un excelente Commis Chef que busque su siguiente paso, con pasión por producir comida fresca y de calidad.

• Demostrar pasión por ofrecer comida fantástica siempre.
• Ser un Chef de Partie activo y supervisor de cocina.
• Mostrar disposición para aprender nuevas habilidades, buen trabajo en equipo y excelente comunicación.
• Trabajar junto al Head Chef para diseñar y entregar nuevos platos para menús y especiales diarios.
• Demostrar buenas habilidades de planificación y organización para mantener controles de GP y mano de obra.
• Proactivo para impulsar ventas y crecimiento mediante la colaboración entre cocina y sala.

What we look for in a Chef de Partie:

We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step, who considers themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Chef de Partie you will:

• Have experience championing excellent service through quality food
• Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food every time
• Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor
• Show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills
• Working alongside your Head Chef, you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
• Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour
• Have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams
