The Role

Salary £26,000 £28,000

Monday to Friday, 6am-4pm

Occasional weekend event shifts (paid extra)

Fresh food kitchen with daily customer interaction

Includes counter service, serving and engaging with guests

Work within a supportive, professional brigade

Key Skills of a Chef de Partie (CDP)
  • Strong knife skills and confident preparation across all sections
  • Ability to run a section independently during service
  • Excellent understanding of fresh ingredients, seasonality and flavour balance
  • Competent with stock rotation, portion control and minimising waste
