Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, invites applications for a Chef de Brigade to lead the Reception team. You will supervise the front desk, train staff, and ensure smooth arrival and departure operations while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for luxury hospitality, and flexibility to cover a 39-hour week on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent communication skills and client service mindset.
• Experience in front office or guest services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the receptionist team, conduct on-the-job trainings, and provide feedback.
• Provide arrival and departure updates, monitor room status and manage reservations levels.
• Conduct handover briefings and ensure clear communication with the reception team at all times.
• Ensure quality control of guest service and lead by example to uphold standards.
• Be the first point of contact for guest complaints.
