Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is offering an apprenticeship for a Production Chef Level 2, with full-time duties in a fast-paced kitchen. The program runs over 15 months and combines on-the-job training with a nationally recognised qualification.

You will be supported by experienced chefs while you learn, gaining practical skills, completing modules, and benefiting from staff discounts and progression opportunities within the business.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
• Apprenticeship Level 2 in Production Chef with 15 months duration.

Responsibilities

• Communicate openly with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with stock rotation, prep and par levels and daily/weekly tasks.
• Participate in in-house training and complete learning modules.
