This full-time role includes on-the-job training, regular reviews, and opportunities to progress within the company as you develop cooking skills and brand standards.

Qualifications

• No prior kitchen experience required; training provided.
• Apprenticeship combines on‑the‑job training with formal learning.
• Opportunity to develop cooking skills while working to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Have open communication with the entire team to ensure the delivery of outstanding food and service, promoting a supportive atmosphere where you assist other team members whenever possible.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
• Ensure guest queries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
• Set up and close down the department including stock rotation and prep and par process.
• Keep kitchen and back of house areas clean with attention to detail.
