Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is offering a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship in the UK. You’ll join a fast-paced kitchen, learn on the job, and work toward a nationally recognised qualification under experienced chefs.

You’ll train for 15 months, with mentoring, built-in learning modules and team support, while earning a guaranteed apprenticeship wage and gaining career progression opportunities across our brands.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and passion for cooking.
• Ability to work under supervision toward Level 2 apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Communicate openly with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
• Prepare, cook and present food quickly and safely to brand standard.
• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas with attention to detail.
• Assist with stock rotation, prep and par process.
• Participate in all training modules and learning activities.
• Adhere to brand standards, licensing laws and all policies.
