Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is offering a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months in a full-time kitchen role. No prior experience is required as training will be provided, with a focus on cooking to brand standards and working as part of a busy kitchen team.

You will gain a nationally recognised qualification while supporting kitchen operations and learning under passionate chefs. A strong training programme and opportunities for progression are included.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Interest in cooking and working in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Commitment to completing a Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with attention to detail.
• Communicate with the team to support delivery of outstanding food and service.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights.
• Assist with stock rotation and kitchen prep tasks.
• Adhere to brand standards, licensing laws and company policies.
