Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is offering a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months, with a full-time kitchen role under supervision of experienced chefs. You will gain a nationally recognised qualification and contribute to running our kitchens while learning to maintain quality for guests.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided, and you will develop skills in food preparation, kitchen safety and brand standards while working across busy venues in our portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Have open communication with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.

• Handle guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
