Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is offering a full-time Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. You will learn to operate kitchen equipment, assist in food preparation, and support running of busy kitchens under the guidance of experienced chefs.

The program includes work-based training, English and Maths functional skills, and regular reviews with mentors. Promotion opportunities and a strong team culture are highlighted in the role.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willing to learn and contribute to a busy kitchen.
• Passion for cooking and a desire to grow in a production kitchen.
• Ability to follow brand standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to brand standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with stock rotation, prep, and par process.
• Support team through meetings and feedback sessions.
• Provide excellent guest service and address queries promptly.
