No prior experience is required; training is provided on the job, with progression opportunities across our brands. Wages are paid hourly according to age bands, and there are extensive staff discounts and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and back of house areas.
• Communicate openly with team and participate in meetings.
• Manage stock rotation, prep and par levels for the department.
• Complete training modules and adhere to policy and licensing laws.
