Qualifikationen

• Post graduate experience in building services design for data centres.
• Full clean driving licence and passport; willingness to travel, including abroad.
• Security clearance ability to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Project planning and management.
• Provide specialised technical input to studies and design.
• Preparation of contract documentation and specifications.
• Estimating and cost control on projects.
• Manage own workload and meet deadlines.
• Compile technical project reports.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers within the group.
• Present technical solutions to clients and peers.
• Participate in development of technical proposals.
• Attend design team and coordination meetings as required.
• Attend site inspection meetings as required.
• Liaise with clients, professional organisations, contractors, suppliers, sub-contractors and other design team members.
