No.131 The Promenade in Cheltenham is seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic Restaurant Manager to join an established team and create a unique and exciting experience for our guests to enjoy.

This broad role requires full P&L accountability, a hands-on presence with staff and guests, and the energy to maximise sales while maintaining the highest standards. Evening shifts, 40 hours weekly, Thursday to Saturday, are expected. We offer a pension, staff discounts, uniform and team incentives.

Qualifications

• Presence: being visible to staff and guests, on your feet, throughout your shift.
• Personality: prioritise guest experience and lead front-of-house with warmth.
• Passion: for fresh food, beverage and exceptional service.
• Experience: management level experience in an independent environment.
• Detail: a keen eye for standards and ability to coach others.

• Confidence: in managing floor operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Shift: 40 hours minimum, evenings only, Thursday to Saturday.
