Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume hospitality, QSR or food-to-go environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing restaurant team.
• Create a culture focused on people, food quality and operational excellence.
• Take ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Drive sales, profitability, labour performance and KPIs.
• Manage financial controls, stock, waste, food safety and compliance.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent with succession planning.
• Deliver excellent customer experience with consistently high service.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and support teams to meet business goals.
• Be a hands-on, visible leader during busy services.
